Return Policy
• We offer a very simple and easy 7 days return policy to you. You can conveniently return any item and avail refund, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Only size exchanges & no returns on items bought in sales/promotion offers.
• Please do not accept any order if the package seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery; such orders will not be accepted if returned. No claims would be entertained for stained/used items as we follow a proper QC check while dispatching your orders.
• Clothing items returned must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. It must be returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
• All items purchased from Mashup.in can be returned for full refund within 7 days from the date of shipment (as recorded by the shipping provider).The entire refund amount will be credited back into your Mashup account in the form of promo code.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable & trusted courier service.
• Once your return is received by us, a quality check will be performed on the returned items. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and unwashed, and returned within 7 days.
• In case of self-shipped returns, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in your account towards shipping costs in the store credits, please check the ‘My Account ‘ section for the same .This will be done post the quality check.
• If any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, it will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount/promo code will be reimbursed in this case.
• A notification with the status of return will be sent to you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.

Procedure for returning an item.

Before you return an item, please contact our care team either by calling on +91-9329204070 or by informing through e-mail at care@mashupboys.com to obtain a Reverse Pick- Up (RPU) Ticket Number or generate Return pickup from our end.

Please have the following information ready before you call or mention them in your requested email –
• Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id
• Product Name
• Pick-Up Address
Once you receive your RPU Ticket Number, please re-pack the item to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form* is completely filled and left inside the packet.
*Return Form is a quick and easy to fill form that allows you to return the received shipment back to KrazyLa. It is included in the shipment parcel; along with your order. If you have lost your return form then click here to print a new one.

Please mention the order details & complete shipping address on the packet as stated below –

Refunds

Refund amount for all returned items will be credited to your ‘Mashup Account’ in form of Store credits or coupon codes. You may check the issued ‘Store Credits’ under ‘My Account’ on login with ‘www.Mashupboys.com’.
On special requests we can transfer the money back to your bank account within 3-5 Business Days. Bank account no. verification would be required for the same.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
In case you wish to cancel your order, please call customer care at +91-9329204070 within 12-24 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been dispatched.
