2. Eminem dropped out of school after failing 9th grade 3 times, not because he was stupid, but because all he wanted to do was rapping. 
3. Eminem is in the Guinness Book of world Records for being fastest selling hip-hop artist.
4. His song "Lose Yourself" from the film 8 Mile (2002) became the first rap song to win an Oscar. He was dozing at his home during the ceremony because he believed he would not win, with the TV tuned to cartoons for his daughter, Hailie.
5. When Eminem first met Dre, he wore a bright yellow tracksuit which he got from a sponsor as he didn’t have enough money to buy decent clothes.
