We at MashUp know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition, and on time. So we use a large network of couriers to deliver your products to you as early as possible. Presently, we deliver to around 5000 Pin codes in India. However, our courier partners do not deliver to P.O. Box address/numbers, so we request you to provide your full street address with a valid 6 digit pin code. One of our representatives may contact you via a phone call or through sms after placing your order to verify your address.(If you don’t know your exact pin code you can search it on http://www.indiapost.gov.in/pincodesearch.aspx/)
Minimum Dispatch Time
We generally take 24hrs maximum to process & dispatch all orders. And depending on your location your order should reach you within 3-9 Days. If, for any reason, there is going to be a delay in shipping, we will notify you by e-mail & SMS. We regret any delay from our courier partner’s side.
Note:- Due to natural calamities like Snowfall, Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami etc in such circumstances, we would not be able to deliver products on time.
Free Express Delivery
We offer free shipping across all products, on no minimum purchase value. The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
Cash On Delivery Available
- To avail COD Service, all items in the cart/basket should be applicable for COD.
- COD is applicable on no minimum sale value of and maximum of Rs. 25,000 only.
- A minimum charge of Rs. 30 per order will be applicable & added to the invoice value as COD charges.
- Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
- You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
- If the product is open, do not accept the order.
- No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.
No Transit Risk
MashUp (D.M. Sons Apparels Pvt. Ltd.) ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver, customer will not suffer any loss. In-transit risk is all ours. If a shipment gets lost in transit, we wait for around 15 working days and after receiving a confirmation from customer, we reprocess/reship the order, or cancel it as per the direction from our customers.
However, MashUp will not responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer's address by postal /courier agency.
Easy Address Change
Once an order is registered, you can request for address change within 12 hours of placing the order. You may send your shipping address alteration request to firstname.lastname@example.org and we would inform you on the status for the same.
Every product odered by the customer is picked, processed & packed properly inside a corrugated box and then wrapped in a MashUp branded bag with the help of adhesive tapes. All these packing materials are sourced from environmentally responsible Indian firms to offer you with the best.
Please note: Do not accept any open packages from the courier personnel.
